Article 3
The following events are Category A events:
1. Events confirming the invalidity of a marriage and the existence or non-existence of a marital relationship.
2. Determine the biological father of a child born after the mother remarried.
3. Confirm the existence or non-existence of parent-child relationship.
4. Confirm the existence or non-existence of the adoption relationship.
The following events are Category B events:
1. Annulment of marriage.
2. Divorce events.
3. Incidents of denying and claiming children.
4. Cancellation of adoption, revocation and termination of adoption.
The following events are Category C events:
1. Compensation for damages due to the invalidity, dissolution, revocation or violation of the marriage contract, and the return of gifts from the marriage contract.
2. Compensation for damages due to invalidity of marriage, annulment of marriage, divorce, or annulment of marriage.
3. Compensation, distribution, division, retrieval, return of marital property and other requests arising from the marital property relationship.
4. Events in which a considerable amount of money is awarded due to the judgment to terminate the adoption relationship.
5. Compensation for damages arising from guardianship.
6. Request events arising from inheritance reply, inheritance division, special inheritance, bequest, confirmation of the authenticity of will or other inheritance relations.
